Terms of Service

Effective date: September 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of WhosBringing. Plain version up front: use it to organize real events, don't abuse it, and understand it's a young product offered as-is.

Using WhosBringing

You need to be at least 13 to create a host account (16 in some regions). You're responsible for what you post on your sheets and for the people you invite. Don't use WhosBringing to collect data under false pretenses, to spam, or to harass anyone. Guests don't need an account; when someone claims an item, they're providing their name and email to the host and to us, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the events and lists you create. You give us permission to store and display them so the product can function. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

Paid plans

Paid plans (Individual and Organization) are billed through Stripe; prices are shown at checkout. Individual is billed monthly or annually as you choose. Organization is billed monthly and covers up to the stated number of members under one account. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it. If an organization's subscription lapses, its members return to the free plan — nothing you created is deleted. We may change prices, but we'll give notice before a change affects you.

The free plan

The free plan is free for good, not a trial. We may set reasonable limits on it (such as the number of active sheets or items) and adjust those limits over time.

Availability and "as is"

WhosBringing is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for a dish that didn't show up to your potluck. Confirm the important stuff with your guests directly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WhosBringing and The Snook Agency aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, on the free plan, is zero).

Ending your use

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we're required to act on legally.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll update the date and note meaningful changes. Continued use means you accept them.
