Do my guests have to pay or sign up?
Never. Plans are for hosts. Anyone you invite claims a dish with just their name and email — no account, no cost, no app.
What happens to my sheets if I downgrade?
Nothing disappears. You keep everything you've made. You'll just be back to one active sheet at a time until you upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, whenever. Yearly is the same plan for two months less — worth it if you host year-round.
How does the Organization plan work?
You subscribe once and get a private invite link for your organization. Share it with your group — in a bulletin, on a slide, in an email — and anyone who opens it gets the full Host feature set, covered by your subscription. You can see who's joined and remove anyone anytime. Organizations are billed per campus and cover up to 100 hosts.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The Free plan isn't a trial — it's free for good. Use it as long as you like. Upgrade the day one sheet stops being enough.
